Safety Standards

These standards apply to the Tasda – AI Representatives app and the Tasda web service.

Child safety: CSAE and CSAM are prohibited

Tasda explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Creating, uploading, sharing or requesting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is prohibited. This prohibition also covers AI-generated material and behavior that grooms or otherwise sexually exploits children.

Tasda has zero tolerance for child abuse, exploitation, harassment and other illegal content.

Reporting

Report child safety or other safety concerns to info@tasda.de. Identify the report as a child safety concern and include the business card or content link and a short description. Do not attach or redistribute suspected abuse material.

Violations

Violations are removed, accounts may be suspended, and authorities are notified where required.
